Terminal and lounge cleaning
Routine and periodic cleaning across passenger seating, departure lounges, waiting areas and terminal interiors.
Vacuuming, carpet care and surface cleaning scheduled around passenger movements, with high-touch points and shared facilities included in the cleaning specification.

Washroom and high-touch hygiene
Cleaning and disinfection of washrooms, sanitary facilities and frequently touched surfaces.
Planned attention to basins, taps, cubicles, doors and touchpoints, with periodic deep cleaning and written cleaning records. Specialist contamination-response cleaning can be commissioned separately.

Baggage reclaim and floor care
Cleaning of passenger-facing baggage reclaim surfaces and hard floors throughout the terminal.
Machine floor cleaning, mopping and surface care delivered within agreed working areas. Cleaning around baggage equipment is coordinated with the airport operator, with no servicing of conveyor machinery.

Internal glazing and terminal presentation
Cleaning of accessible internal glass, glazed partitions and passenger-facing surfaces.
Keep terminal interiors clear and well presented with planned glazing and detail cleaning. Work at height and specialist access requirements are assessed separately before delivery.

Entrance and forecourt cleaning
Pressure washing and scheduled cleaning of agreed paved entrances and pedestrian areas.
Exterior cleaning coordinated with access routes, pedestrian segregation and airport operating requirements. Surface suitability, drainage and working areas are reviewed before cleaning begins.

Fabric maintenance and refurbishment
Ceilings, flooring, joinery, decoration and interior upgrades across terminal and support buildings.
Planned repairs and refurbishment programmes, from individual spaces to phased upgrades, coordinated with airport estates teams. Final cleaning can be included as a separately defined handover service.

HVAC and ventilation support
Planned and reactive support for air-handling units, ventilation systems and plant rooms.
Filter changes, cleaning and inspection aligned with your maintenance programme, with visit records and clear reporting to your estates team.
Airport estates support
Planned around your airport operation.
Work programmes are coordinated with your estates and operations teams, with agreed working windows, segregated work areas and documented handover. Restricted-area work is subject to airport authorisation, site induction and the operator's security requirements. Aviation operations, aircraft servicing and baggage-system engineering remain outside our FM scope.
