Frequencies can be set by room type and risk, with high-touch points such as door handles, rails, switches, taps and shared equipment given particular attention.

Work can be scheduled outside opening hours, overnight or across weekends, so rooms are handed back ready for use.

Urgent work is available 24/7/365. Scope, access, charges and attendance are agreed for each call-out.

This work follows your IPC or healthcare team's direction. Environmental cleaning reduces contamination; it cannot guarantee that any pathogen is eradicated.
Agreed waste segregation and handling
We agree who segregates, handles, stores, transports and disposes of each waste stream. These are separate responsibilities, and each must be covered by suitably authorised arrangements.
Arrangements must match the waste classification. A waste-carrier registration on its own is not authorisation for every waste activity, so the right route is confirmed for each stream before work starts.

ATP testing can be added to agreed sampling points to support your cleaning checks, alongside written reports covering what was cleaned, any exceptions and handover notes.

Scope boundaries
Our general offer covers environmental cleaning and agreed non-invasive equipment. Clinical IPC advice, sterilisation of invasive devices, forensic scene clearance, sharps removal and specialist hazardous-substance work are not part of this offer. Waste handling, transport and authorised disposal responsibilities are defined separately for each contract.
